We have a number of summer employment opportunities available in Community Support Services and Accommodation Services (group homes) in Barrie and Orillia. Students enrolled in a related college or university level program will be considered for these positions. Utilizing the Personal Outcome philosophy, students will provide support services to meet the direct care needs of individuals within our programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Students must be enrolled in the Developmental Services Worker, Child & Youth Worker, Social Service Worker programs or university level program in Nursing, Psychology, Sociology or a closely related field;
• Must be returning to school in September;
• Available to work all shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and statutory holidays;
• A valid Class G driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred;
• A criminal record check and vulnerable sector screening is required.

The hours of work may require that you are available to work afternoons, evenings, days, overnights and weekends. The positions are available from April to September and offer up to full-time hours of employment.
